The school maintains a Library with a good collection of books for the use of students. Every student is allowed to borrow one book per week on his/her Library card. No student is allowed to keep the books during the vacation period. If the student fails to return the book by the due date he/she will be required to pay a fine of Rs. 1/- per day of delay. Pupils are hereby reminded to take due care of the Library books. They are forbidden to exchange books without the prior permission of the Librarian and defaulters will be penalized. Reference books are not issued to the students. The Management reserves the right to make additions and deletions in these rules as and when considered necessary.
The students may enter the Library and Laboratory during the periods assigned or with the consent of the teacher or the permission of the Principal provided that the Librarian and the Lab assistant is present. Absolute silence must be maintained in the Library as well as laboratory and no books or any material, apparatus or chemical be taken out from there. Any loss of book issued to the student or damage done in the Lab must be made good by the student, and if the student is not identified, by the class that used the library or the Lab.
